A Quick Overview:

  • If you are not happy with your product you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
  • Tights, underwear and sale items may not be returned..
  • With the exception of faulty items, all returns must be in perfect condition, in original packaging with no markings.
 

Orders will be dispatched by the most economical method. This might be by Australia Post, Express Post, courier or air express. 

Delivery times will vary dependant on location. Local Victorian Deliveries can except a 24-48 hr delivery time. Country customers, Western Australia and Northern territory may experience anything up to 7 days. Please note that packages/parcels will not always fit through a letterbox, so please ensure you have provided a delivery address where someone will be available to receive or sign for your delivery. 

Deliveries to New Zealand are sent by Air and can take up to 7 working days. 

We know that a perfect fit is essential if you want to give your best performance and to make sure that happens we offer a simple policy on all our products when you buy direct from CapezioAustralia.com

If you are not happy with your product you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund by following the returns procedure. The same applies, of course, to any CapezioAustralia.com product with a defect in craftsmanship or material.

Please note that regretfully we do not accept returns of tights, underwear or sale items.

You have 30 days to return the goods. 

Tights and underwear may not be returned.

Products that are marked as SALE are being offered as a final sale. No returns or exchanges of any kind will be accepted.

The Capezio Return Policy does not apply to returned products that show signs of actual use (e.g. markings on the sole of a shoe, make-up/deodorant stains on a garment).

  1. Download a copy of our returns form
  2. Print out the form and fill it out
  3. Include the returns form in the package along with the product(s). Outer packaging must be marked clearly with your order number and should be sufficient to prevent damage to shoe boxes during return transport.
  4. Post the package to:

  5. Once your return has been received and processed, a refund will be issued to your card.

  6. Please note that return postage is non-refundable.
