You’ll find below a list of answers to our most frequently asked questions. 

Please note that regretfully we do not accept returns of tights, underwear or leotards if opened.

To return a product:

  1. Download a copy of our returns form
  2. Print out the form and fill it out
  3. Include the returns form in the package along with the product(s). Outer packaging must be marked clearly with your order number and should be sufficient to prevent damage to shoe boxes during return transport.
  4. Post the package to:

  5. Once your return has been received and processed, a refund will be issued to your card.

Please note that return postage is non-refundable

We do not currently offer an exchange service unless there is a quality issue with the product received. To change something for a different size, simply return the first item for refund and re-order the new size online.

Our footwear is sold in US sizes..

If you are familiar with the product, we would always recommend ordering directly in your Capezio US size.

Please note that despite our best efforts, we can’t always guarantee a perfect fit when converting from European or UK sizes.

We do not offer special discounts for students at this point in time. However this is something we’d like to introduce in the near future. Be the first to know when we’ll launch our new scheme by signing up to our newsletter! You can do so on the homepage of our website.
